Intern Launchpad

In the shadow of the Rockies, where innovation meets altitude (and attitude!), a group of passionate engineers execute their mission of enabling the sustainable exploration, development, and settlement of space. Our internship program is more than a résumé builder—it is a gateway to LEO, GEO, cislunar and deep space.
Here, interns step into that mission, not as bystanders, but as participants shaping the trajectory. Across disciplines, across centuries of knowledge, the same human instinct drives us: to ask questions, to test hypotheses, to turn theories into fact and ideas into flight, advancing knowledge and our footprint in space.

Interns will work alongside engineers, scientists, and software pioneers who are building the systems that carry us from Earth’s surface into orbit, or the Moon’s orbit! From contributing to trajectory designs to working on high profile missions for NASA and other exciting partners, every project is sure to be serve as a launching pad to your career. You will look back and say: I was part of this mission.
After weeks in our program, you will not only understand the technologies of space and software—you will feel the pull of a mission greater than yourself. You will stand at the threshold of an era where what was once science fiction becomes the daily work of bold apprentices like you. And you will enjoy being part of a vibrant group of dedicated engineers, who also know how to have fun and build community: take your pick in being part of Advanced Space sports teams, such as soft ball team or soccer.
