What to Expect When You Work With Us
Since our founding, Advanced Space has focused on enabling the sustainable exploration, development, and settlement of space. We pursue this purpose by delivering customers solutions to challenging problems. We don’t build hardware: we design a solution, identify the hardware that will make the solution work, and then partner with the right companies to make the solution a reality. It’s a system we’ve used successfully on CAPSTONE™ and Oracle.
While Advanced Space continues to grow, we intentionally have not divided our engineering staff into departments, disciplines, or other groups. This allows us to maximize the benefits of an integrated team allowing us to deploy individuals with multiple specialties quickly to support new projects. Advanced Space also hires team members with a wide range of expertise to address problems we want to solve. It is our goal to have the right person in the right seat so they can best support our mission and work in a manner consistent with our Core Values. Those individuals do their best to learn the customer’s needs, goals, challenges, and constraints; get those right; and then seek out new ways to meet those needs.
What Not to Expect
One thing that won’t be found on the Advanced Space website is a GSA Schedule or other open-ended contract vehicle for dispatching individual team members on a one-and-done basis. Instead, our intention is to be a partner that helps customers solve problems for the long term.
