Charlie Crouse joins Advanced Space following a notable tenure in the aerospace industry, beginning with his service as an Air Force Intelligence Officer. His career trajectory includes significant roles at Lockheed Martin, where he led efforts in National Security Space, which included small satellite sales, technology maturation, cislunar development, and national-level satellite constellation development. His next role at True Anomaly saw him drive new business pursuits, focusing on rendezvous and proximity operations, ground system development, and dynamic space operations for the United States Space Force (USSF) and other key customers. Charlie has now transitioned to Advanced Space, where he will lead Advanced Space’s business development and sales efforts.
Charlie has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Area Studies from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies from the American Military University, and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University.
Charlie is deeply involved with the aerospace community, which includes being part of the AIAA (American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics) Rocky Mountain Section leadership, supporting national security programs at the U.S. Air Force Academy, and mentoring cadets and young officers. Outside of aerospace, Charlie is involved with the Denver International Airport Ambassador program (and previously participated in the CATS program, the Canine Airport Therapy Squad), serves on the Board of Directors of Denver Sister Cities International (primarily supporting events and leading sponsorships), and fundraises for Boys and Girls Club of Weld County and Women for Women International.
As an advocate for the expansion of human presence to the Moon, Mars, and beyond, Charlie is eager to contribute to Advanced Space’s mission of pioneering space exploration and operations. He emphasizes the importance of the United States and its allies developing space domain awareness and educating the public on the criticality of space for all.
“Joining Advanced Space represents a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of space commercialization and exploration,” said Charlie Crouse. “I am excited to help drive our business development and sales efforts, ensuring we continue to advance our capabilities and secure a critical first-mover advantage across the space domain.”
“We’re excited that Charlie is part of the Advanced Space family. His experience, energy, and customer obsession are a perfect fit for our team,” said Dave Jungkind, Chief Revenue Officer of Advanced Space.
